Our Engagement Project Methodology: Each of our
engagements applies the Right Minds to four disciplined steps:
- The Right context: A clear understanding of business and
strategic context
- The Right questions: A well defined Project question and
related issues to be solved
- The Right people: The right skills/experience and perspectives
harnessed to bring the synergies of a better solution created from
the different lens a problem might be tackled. The consumer

design is purpose driven - no 'products'. Our co-creation
methodology is proven method of creating the future with key
stakeholders - most importantly, your customer.
Our Engagement Models:
- Project Fee: Our schedule of fees are applied to an estimate of
team mix and time required to deliver on agreed outcomes
- Retainer Fee: Core team and time allocation assigned to the
client over an agreed period of time against agreed
deliverables
- Base Fee + Performance Fee: A mix of base fee with bonus based
on agreed outcomes.
