Consequently our client service teams are structured to work alongside our client teams - not in a vacuum.

Our role is typically to bring an informed market view to the team.  We challenge, bring facts, market intelligence and ideas.  We also appreciate the demands of day to day business means that time is scarce.  In this context an important role we play is to bring 'time to think' and 'capacity' to dig and challenge where invest scarce resource.  This builds ownership of what needs to be done and allows further mobilisation and implementation.

Our Engagement Project Methodology: Each of our engagements applies the Right Minds to four disciplined steps:

  1. The Right context: A clear understanding of business and strategic context
  2. The Right questions: A well defined Project question and related issues to be solved
  3. The Right people: The right skills/experience and perspectives harnessed to bring the synergies of a better solution created from the different lens a problem might be tackled.  The consumer is always a central contributor.
  4. The Right approach: Each assignment is driven by a hypotheses-led issue analysis and our research and implementation design is purpose driven - no 'products'. Our co-creation methodology is proven method of creating the future with key stakeholders - most importantly, your customer.

Our Engagement Models:

  1. Project Fee: Our schedule of fees are applied to an estimate of team mix and time required to deliver on agreed outcomes
  2. Retainer Fee: Core team and time allocation assigned to the client over an agreed period of time against agreed deliverables
  3. Base Fee + Performance Fee: A mix of base fee with bonus based on agreed outcomes.
