Consultant
Dale is a senior strategy consultant with experience
managing business, growth and market strategy projects, as well as
brand positioning, design and brand experience
projects.
Dale has developed the Iconic Ideas™ Positioning Model which helps
organisations create a focused, unifying message - by simplifying
complexity.
His experience covers working for clients in Australia
and Europe, across a range of industries including
telecommunications, oil and gas, energy, banking, health,
education, logistics, wine, tourism, not-for-profit, and
government. Recent projects he has led include design of a 'next
generation' MBA for a University, alternative energy market
strategy for a power utility and brand architecture for a health
business.
Dale's educational background includes Bachelor of Laws
(Honours) and Bachelor of Economics from Monash University, and
schooling in Los Angeles and Costa Rica. He is currently
undertaking a Masters of Business by Research in strategic
innovation. He believes 'there is always a better way' of doing
things and this drives his interest in innovation and new market
opportunities.
He is a graduate of the Williamson Community Leadership
Program 2006, and a board member of the Victorian Council of Social
Service.
