Consultant
Kylie Chong is a consultant with GSG with a focus on developing,
managing and measuring brands and understanding consumer behaviour.
Kylie has extensive experience with some of Australia's best known
brands and combines her logic and creativity to deliver outcomes
for clients around brands, marketing and their consumers'
needs.
Kylie's expertise is in qualitative research, including online
communities, and brand strategy across a range of industries. Her
experience includes developing new brands from naming, positioning
and identity, to consulting on brand architecture and stretch
issues. Across various research and brand strategy projects she has
engaged with people as varied as children, to CEOs.
Kylie has a Graduate Diploma in Sociology from La Trobe
University and a Bachelor of Science from the University of
Melbourne.
