An established university needed a quick turnaround in how to grow its share of ‘fully online’ higher education market.  Our challenge was to determine where to focus online activity and what model it should take to market to deliver new revenues.


GSG’s RoCF approach and team experience worked with the university to validate the university’s growth target, prioritise product pipeline for the online team to take to market, specify student learning experience and develop the organisational requirements needed to deliver on it.
