GSG Right Minds

Our Right Minds sessions represents the essence of our working philosophy. It is based on the principle that any issue can be solved, provided the Right Minds are collaborating on it. Right Minds may be the most influential among your customers, industry experts, social commentators that clients wish they could have on their pay roll for just a short time to solve a specific issue.

Right Minds sessions deliver fast track progress on strategic problem solving, insight or innovation. Right Minds sessions can be either stand alone assignments or part of a larger consulting project.

Over the years we have developed the Right Minds principles into tightly run workshop methods. Depending on the nature of the clients' challenge, the method is tailor made. We have 2 formats:

Right Minds expert strategy session.

This brings together industry leaders and experts to elevate our clients' thinking and provide directional clarity on key strategic issues.

Even the brightest minds need to be challenged - and enjoy being challenged. GSG has developed proprietary techniques to keep participants on their toes to provide their best thinking on our clients issues.

The client benefits from the variety of viewpoints, but walks away with a clear set of conclusions.

Right Minds group dialogue session.

These sessions are the "away day" reinvented. Usually over a day or weekend, we gather a large group of consumers - in some cases up to 100 - the client team and a team of GSG facilitators.

Over the course of the sessions, the group splits up to work on a variety of issues and "hot house" and co-create solutions which are presented back to the client plenary group.

No other method can provide the same richness of insights in such a short period of time.

The success of these sessions is as much in the preparation and reporting as in the facilitation. Both formats require precise framing of questions and prior analysis in order to guarantee maximum progress during the sessions. It is in the contextualising and assessment of implications where GSG's added value comes in.
