An in-depth assessment of adjacent market growth opportunities was completed, including capturing and evaluating customer needs and attitudes to the current and future energy environment, across the residential and commercial market segments.


What was the outcome?

Our work has helped our client gain clarity around the impact and implications of a changing competitive, legislative and pricing environment. By understanding customer requirements and firm capability/brand fit, a prioritisation of opportunities was defined and across organisation implications (for marketing, operations and sales) outlined.
