Creating a Social Marketing program

The Department of Education and Training (DET) wanted to position Victoria's TAFEs as the education sector for up-skilling and reskilling mature aged workers.

What was the question?

How can the DET attract mature aged workers into the TAFE sector?

What did we do?

  • Developed a campaign strategy to address 3 core need areas: work-force re-entry, upskilling and job training.

What was the outcome?

Tracking results showed a significant impact in terms of increasing interest in attending TAFE among Victorians aged 25-60 years.
