Dale is a senior strategy consultant, with experience managing business, growth and market strategy projects, as well as brand positioning, design and brand experience projects.

Dale has developed the Iconic Ideas™ Positioning Model which helps organisations create a focused, unifying message.

His experience covers working for clients in the Europe, North America and Australia, across a range of industries including telecommunications, oil and gas, energy, banking, health, educations, logistics, wine, tourism, not-for-profit, and government.

Dale’s educational background includes Bachelor of Laws (Honours) and Bachelor of Economics from Monash University, and schooling in Los Angeles and Costa Rica. He is currently undertaking a Masters by Research in strategic innovation.

He is  a graduate of the Williamson Community Leadership Program 2006, and a board member of Kingswood College and the Victorian Council of Social Service.
